One of the biggest summer fashion trends in the shop windows this season will be Nautical inspired women’s clothing.
The Spring Summer catwalk shows of all the top designers have all featured the red, blue and white hoops and stripes, the anchors, ships wheels and the bows, all the hall marks of the nautically inspired garments that are filling the shops, alluring, tempting, inspiring us all to get the look.
This summer’s trend is not only restricted to women’s dresses, trousers and tops, but to almost every thing else imaginable such as bracelets, necklaces, shoes, bags and scarves.

For both men’s and women’s clothing, The nautical look is epitomised by the jet-set lifestyle of the yacht owning elite often glimpsed in exclusive holiday resorts such as the Meds millionaires haunt of Marbella, or the playboys play ground, St Tropez, and as such the look has been labelled as “Riviera Chic”.
